There's just something really special about this property to me. It truly feels like a "home" rather than just a large house. I think the travertine stones really help achieve that. It feels so cosy and warm, especially in the primary bedroom.

I think this is one of the best homes! I love how homey it is, walking right in to the living room... the olive trees around the outdoor eating area... the super nice amenities without feeling too cold and foreign. Just glorious!!! And of course the production ♥

Also love how cozy the house is (compared to what we usually see on this channel). You can truly make this a home rather than having a big half empty building full of spaces no one ever goes into. Great job as always Enes, Mikey and team. One thing I have noticed with the LA/ greater area homes that you show/view/explore is you have the easy/maintenance free lifestyle (no having to mow a yard) which I find a plus as well. Noticed in the primary restroom that the toilet was not only automatic lid but also had lights inside of it, which was pretty cool too especially at night when you need to relieve yourself but don't want to turn on lights that could wake you up. Keep up the good/ hard work and I'll see you next time, much love to you guys from Colorado.
