I went apartment hunting in Dallas too and it was so tough because there are so many factors to consider..but I'm thinking about it again as i live in Houston and my lease is up at the end of the month..lol

Love the video! Please look into purchasing a condo or townhome in the Dallas area. Your mortgage would be the same or less then your paying for rent. And with your military background (VA Loan) and all the various down payment programs, you might not even have to pay anything upfront. This is something I wish I had done years ago when I started flying. Keep up the great work, love your videos :)

I think my partner is staying in the building that 3rd apartment for the summer. The 2 bedroom ones are really nice and pretty big. The closet was also really huge! I didnt really check out the amenities but it was nice that there was a washer and dryer in the apartment.
