3D Printed Electric Supercharger Part 2 - Hits 5PSI Boost !

Показать описание
My 3D printed electric supercharger project has now hit 5 psi of boost, the idea was that the ebay specials could not increase power so I set out to see what I could do and what would be realistic.

Even though there is about 500 CAD in the project, 300 of that (battery and esc) will be going towards my grappling gun project.

If you would like to help me out with one of my projects then consider donating, click on my website for more details.

You should try putting some oil on the parts so that it doesn't have as much friction

You should use graphite as a dry lubricant

great job, you can use vacum cleaner or electric paint gun blade for impeller, and 3d print the rest of parts. or just use one of there whole motor+ impeller and housing

Remarkable achievement and brilliant idea of using 3D printing to design and test your concept. I know this is an older vid but this would really take off if you made it open source and sold the printing and CAD files.

I would be interested in trying to print one of these myself. Please let me know if you would consider sharing the file

This is cool! Any tips on getting my 3d printed turbo to work?

I would seriously consider trying to print this in a metal filament, maybe one such as brass.
