i’m not sure if you’re breakouts are necessarily connected to your birth control but i did want to mention to make sure you are taking your birth control the same time every day in order for it to work properly!! for example i take mine every night at 9pm, i set an alarm to not forget. but otherwise it won’t work properly in terms of preventing pregnancy! instead of using plastic bags or double bagging your groceries you could get these cute reusable foldable bags!
they're small so they fit in small purses and they're sturdier than the grocery bags so no fear of them ripping plus bonus points it's good for the environment

I'm so afraid of any hormonal birth control. The side effects are literally just a gamble from person to person. I've been hearing a lot about natural cycles and other non-hormonal stuff that won't need the constant upkeep or taking a pill every day because one thing about me is I WILL FORGET😂. Will you please keep us updated about how it goes for you and what other methods you researched (and why you didn't choose them)?

i have a genuine question - i know you’ve talked about garments and garment-friendly clothing in the past, but you also wear “non-garment friendly” clothing pretty often. is there only a certain time/day you’re required to wear them in your religion? i don’t know any mormons/lds irl so i’m genuinely curious !!

I'm not sure if you know, but birth control pills lose their effectiveness if you take them with any other antibiotic. You should consult with a professional if you are not sure. PS: I've been following you for years and I feel like you're like a friend who grew up together. ❤
