Starter kit for Angular7 and NodeJs

Personal project: a starter kit for projects made in Angular7 and NodeJs.

## Objectives
- Use typescript not only on the client side, but server side too, and have a shared folder for models and other useful code on both sides.
- Has generic classes for Server side (separation of concerns pattern design having generic CRUD operation): Controller, Service, Repository.
- Has a generic class for Client side: entity typed generic service.
- Has a generic layout for applications with the left side slide tree menu.
