Note that this assumes that the operator does not have a time dependence

I have a question: Why does he think that Φ(k) does not explicitly depend on time, i.e., it should not be written as Φ(k, t)?

At 1:03 ; I suppose the teacher assumes that Q has not time dependance...

Operators in the Schrödinger Picture can only have explicit time dependence and are usually assumed to be time independent. Only exception being the time-evolution operator as it serves a very different function from other operators. That I think is why he assumes a time independent Q.

Why does H lose its hat in the commutator? Is it no longer an operator?

but at 1:30 how does he assume dt and Q commute?
