A video showing bronze brazing methods around the world. In 2022 I took some time off work to meet some other crafts men and women in my trade around the Americas.
In this Video we meet Eli and her team from Basica Studios in Mexico City, we then take a trip to Los Angeles to teach Nathan at NGbuilds some brazing techniques on his gas only setup. From here we meet Tyler from Btchn' Bikes, had a great day chatting and playing with his Gas fluxer setup. At the end we see some Bonus material from John Hand at JHR racing, showing us some fast radiator brazing which is quite special.

Music by my good friends Flash Nikilson & Sam Peeps (Grandiloquents)

All footage taken from my iPhone & DJI drone

Single Photo Taken from "The Radivist" of Eli @Basica Studios

Thanks to Everyone involved.

For serious top end brazing such as WRC roll cages, the TIG process is favoured now. Less heat into the material being joined, little or no cleanup as no need for dirty and corrosive flux, and lower cost as no need for fuel gas, or gas fluxer equipment, if production work is being done.
