The Greek government is facing a crucial vote Wednesday on reforms that creditors have insisted upon for its third bailout. Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras told Greek TV on Tuesday evening that he did not believe in the bailout deal but had been presented with a "one-way street" by euro zone leaders. Meanwhile, Greek banks have been closed for 17 days. BlackRock (BLK) profit, earnings and revenue all beat expectations. The money manager says $23.6 billion of active and iShares net inflows drove base fee growth, offsetting $30.9 billion of low-fee net outflows. Ebay's (EBAY) Paypal will join the S&P 500 Index at the end of the week replacing eBay. eBay will spin off Paypal after trading ends Friday. Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen will give her semi-annual testimony on monetary policy and the economy before a House committee today.
