Vielen Dank für´s virtuelle Mitnehmen im neuen S 500!
Krass, daß der 223er 500er nur mit allergrößter Mühe quälend langsam über 250 (lt Anzeige) geht... Zum Vergleich: Mein CLS 350 mit seinem kleinen V6 vor 15 Jahren hat - leider teilweise erschreckend aprupt - bei 257km/h (lt. Anzeige! war also natürlich ca. 15km/h langsamer) elektronisch mit einem (zugegebenermaßen nicht so schönen) Ruck abgeriegelt, diese aber wenigstens locker spielend erreicht... (so daß ich jedesmal erschrocken bin, wenn die Abriegelung zugeschlagen hat.. Alles original und ungetunt, wohlgemerkt!
Ich dachte damals immer: Wie geil muß das erst ohne die elektronische Abriegelung sein? )
Der Motor muß ja echt enttäuschend sein vom 223er 500er (Reihen-6-Zylinder mit Elektrodingsbums, stimmt´s? Daimler will die Kunden wohl zum S560 animieren?)
(PS. Nur am Rande: Lustig auch dieses enge 2-spurige Sträßchen.. Solche schmalen Landstraßen nennen die in Deutschland ernsthaft "Autobahn"?? Für 1928 oder 1949 OK, aber für 1980 und später?!?!??? )
