Automating Cryptocurrency Exchange Rates in Python 3.8 Tutorial

In this video I will be showing you how to create a function that retrieves all of the up-to-date exchange rates for all the cryptocurrencies. Then you can put that inside a while loop and add a delay for live updates!

I'm using Python 3.8 for th is project. Also make sure to get your own API key from the website!

Perfect explanation just two things I'm not sure about:
1. Shouldn't lines 32&33 should be reversed because the pd is being saved before we actually modify the options so how is it getting saved to the df variable?

2. Line 35, why we need toList() the df?
