when in the main menu hold down the keys U L B so you can play p4
After all the buttons appear on screen hold down P I E to heal to full hp

Kind of makes sense for Sans to not be all powerful after leashing a crazy amount of power in phase 3 and maybe even phase 2 . When you are almost dead it's difficult to do so

Out of all sans last breath phase 4 this is the best one i could find, sans already used all of his power so it makes sense this phase he is weaker than 2-3
