Spectacular!! Really cool, thank you very much for this video! With this method the brew house yield is much higher. Calculating from 12L of wort (let's say 1L remained in the buckets) with 1044 specific gravity (=11Brix) and an amount of malt of 2.2kg to 2.3 kg the brew house yield is about 58% to 60.7%. Compared to the recipe "Homemade Three Hops Beer" with 38.3% this is a major optimization with getting much more sugars out of the malt!

Hey... great and inspiring video as always. Thanks to you I'm brewing my first homemade beer. I was wondering, did you ever experience problems with oxidation due to filling all your beers directly from the tap of the fermenter? Many people strongly advise against it, but I find it the easiest way for my litte batch. Thanks a lot!

Love honey ale, I'm interested now on how much difference the honey type would affect the flavour and whether pasteurisation of the honey would make any difference. The honey I purchase is generally from Tasmania and is not pasteurised.
Great video, glad you have had more success with the brewwing machine.

Ok. I have all the ingridients but as I have brewed quite a lot of beers myself, there are 2 major things that you haven´t said in the video .
How fast do we need to make the cold crash ? I know it is usually as soon as possible, but how fast in this case and to what temperature exactly ? 20-22°C ? That is usually the room temperature.
And where have you kept the beer while it was brewing ? And at what temperature ?

And yes, I agree with everybody here in the comments . SPECTACULAR video :) .
Thank you very much for this

Issubmerging the pot in the sink water more efficient than a copper serpentine coil inside the pot with constant running tap water through it. Would be an interesting experiment.

Spectacular, I was wondering can honey be used in brewing 🤩
Also this beer not look hazy 🤔 is it cuz of filtering through that cotton or cuz its served cold or cuz of yeast sedimentation is very good?
P. S can you make some video about beer clearing 😊

Thank you for the video. Is there any risk that the bottle will explode due to the fermentation?
