Nicodemus | Kyrie | Teacher of Teachers (The Chosen Tribute)

"What if it's more beautiful and more strange than we can ever imagine?"

When watching ‘The Chosen’, I was particularly moved by the character of Nicodemus. The honesty with which he sets out in search of answers. How he realises that Jesus is the Messiah he has been waiting for all his life. And ultimately his faith in Jesus, before whom he, the ‘Teacher of Teachers’, kneels and calls him "Rabbi".

I left out the last part of his character arc. He did not join the disciples. True. But from the bible we know that he was present at Jesus' funeral and was secretly a believer. (John 19, 38-39, NIV) So... hopefully we will see him on "The Chosen" again!
Maybe even played by Eric Avari who did a fantastic job in season 1.
