Dimash sang in his own language, which is Kazakh. Towards the end he switched to Chinese. It was a Chinese audience. I’ve listened to Dimash since 2017. Every song he sings is different.

For those who remember, Renat Gaissin, who composed this song, is the author of the song "Qairam Elim" (2020) whose video was directed by Dimash himself and was the winning song for an audience choice on the American MTV in 2020 (Renat Gaissin appears in the video playing the piano). He also made together with Dimash the instrumental song "River Of Love", where Dimash plays dombra, a Kazakh folk instrument, and the song “Omir Oter”

He's sung in 15 languages so far, at each of his concerts around the world he usually performs a song in the language of that country as a sign of respect. The only concert this didn't happen was Malaysia where due to the death of his beloved grandfather he flew in at the last minute with no time to rehearse the song.
I think his most beautiful foreign language concert song was in Armenia when he sang I'll Die For The Wind Of The Mountain. A song that he literally learned just a couple of hours before the concert as he'd planned on doing something else.

Dimash does what he wants. I have heard so many opera singers sing German and very few - even famous ones - pronounced it correctly. Especially not when it came to compositions in Austrian German (Liederabende), the speech melody was never right. - Dimash sings so many different styles, there is always a bit of everything. He's getting better and better, but otherwise it's a constant variation of his greatness.
