I don't know why you're saying the ring is better even on full bleed team she still deal less dmg than barber. Only thing the ring has more than barber is bleed counts

Barber Outis rn is best for my current bleed team, I honestly got Barber Outis because if I have some bloodfiends, I need more bloodfiends

"Bad identity" and "bad bleed identity" are different metrics. Barber outis falls in the latter, not the former

An argument for barber would be that she works a lot better against chain battles or boss fights that summon ads, as her aoe allows you to focus more on the boss and let the ads get killed on the side. That and the fact that ring outis sucks at clashing with her s1 and 2, and barber does better at clashing. I do still think ring is better for the bleed niche at the moment tho
