You are a life saver I swear. This shit saved me a bunch. Thankss!!!Thanks!!! Note: if you don't have anyone to help and are doing this on the floor use the wheel and shove it under the pry bar to keep the subframe pryed down so you can remove and install the pan. It saved me a bunch of time. When I was removing it, I was prying myself and removing at the same time and that was a pain in the butt.

4:13 this is my issue. the motor mount bracket (four 17mm very tightened bolts) are making it so i can’t reach the one 10mm bolt above it. i can’t fit a ratchet and socket with abe extendo on it :/

I'm so exited . I got the pump, the chain, the gears, cams, started, ac compressor, alternator etc...
For my k24a swap on my 11th gen Si . The k20z3 has to go! I can't stand this engine. How is it be honest ? I've talked to alot of people they love the k24. I didn't know it would cost this much though .

I undid the 4 bolts and the one in the front. The subframe has yet to give me the play I’m looking for

I took out less to do one, but I did knock it apart at balljoint, just loosened driverside cradle bolts and took passenger all the way out like you did, but hey great vid man!

Dude I was looking for DIY video on the oil pan for months . Checkout my channel I left my SI at pepboys to get a oil change and they messed up really bad my oil pan so I had to buy a new one . They did not want to pay bc they said my car is too low . Anyways thanks bro. Cool dad hahaha

Hey great video, I have a question. Did you use just the liquid gasket or a combo of a gasket and liquid gasket for the oil pan?

When you remove the 2 smaller bolts does it affect the steering/wiring in any way? This will be my first time dropping subframe. I removed my engine the last 2 times from the top. Lol

Did you keep the oem exhaust manifold?and did you have any fitment issues with the firewall ...good ol fipg lol I work at a Toyota dealer also
