I’m actually doing this right now In my survival world. And I’ll also change all the end pillars to a stone-varied version of them with lots of moss and vines. It’ll also have a village with actual villagers so I can do raids. I already killed the ender dragon 20 times so I’ll never respawn it and my end overworld will live on. It’s currently halfway done. I’m now adding the stone pillars

I did a little something with my end in hardcore mode. It’s an ocean monument with coral reefs and floating trees. I know this is kinda like self promo, and I don’t want it to come across that way, but if you genuinely just wanna see what it looks like I posted a video about it.
