The Importance of Individuality in Relationships. A Lesson Learned the Hard Way

A VERY common problem amongst married men: We lose our sense of self, our individuality. We think it's a badge of honor to be selfless and set aside all of our normal human needs, desires, and interests. We drop hobbies and friendships so that we can better focus on our work and family. In the end, we become the opposite of who our spouse was attracted to when they met us.
