During lockdown, I got bored and pimped-out my 1950's BagBoy golf pull cart with gold, jewels, color shifting paint, rims, and curb feelers, and more.

Bro that's awesome! I got into club restore recently and found your channel looking for tid-bits. I really want to get into plating as it seems really cool and why not! Keep up the great content

My dad had one of these back in the 70s. By the mid-80s, it had morphed into a mobile yard sprinkler cart. Nice work!

I bought an old Bag Boy at a flea market for like $5 when I was a teenager in the 80s. Used it for years and years. I think it's still out in the shed.

Nice! I bought one at a garage sale. What color of bumper paint did you use for the wheels? White? I’m going to refinish mine. Thank you for the inspiration 💪🏾

Perfect! I only golf with classic clubs and a vintage bag.. getting ready to acquire one and restore it. Looks like you got new rubber on the wheels. Where did you find it, or how did you clean up the old rubber?

This is awesome. What paint did you used for the rims? I am thinking of using the Grimmspeed BBS gold, concerned it won’t be bright enough. You also indicated bumper paint for refinishing the rubber wheels? Can you I trouble you for that paint as well?

Anyone have ideas for replacement wheel that fits this rim? I have this same cart but the solid rubber tires cracked and broke off. The wheel is machine pressed and still works great so I’m looking for replacement tire for the 10in x 1inch rim.

Do you know where I could find tires for this vintage bag boy cart? The rubber tire piece came apart on my last round. Thanks

Trying to do something similar to basically the same cart. Metal is all oxidized and I'm trying to clean it well so I paint it right. Yours is so pimp but I ain't that flashy so I'm probably just gonna matte black it out, unless I change my mind after watching your vid 30 times bc that gloss and gold rims are dope. Haha. Junk part is the wheel bearings are deteriorating and I figure I replace them if possible. Were you able to find parts for this thing if you had to change things out? Or anything random that gave you a hard time?

Cool cart man. Where do you get replacement tires?

I can hear my wife now...

"You bought that old thing and you're going to do what with it???

That's it, no more YouTube for you!"

Now I'm regretting donating the vintage cart I got when I bought a vintage bag earlier this summer!
