Woman Falls On The Starting Line Causing A Disqualification on A Pro Fuel Nitro Harley Bye Run

At the ManCup DME Nationals from Rockingham, North Carolina this team had a by run. However a miscommunication between the rider and crew caused fuel to leak out on the track and resulted in a disqualification.

Here is an update on the woman and explanation of what happened -

So everyone knows. The rider accidentally shut off the fuel. This being a “freebie” run, all he had to do was trip the tree. She didn’t understand that, and so I assume was attempting to remedy the fuel issue. Rider pushed her away in attempt to get on the line before the bike died, resulting in her falling and taking a fuel line with her-leading to the dq. Hope that helps.

Having her there and dressed like that was part of his show. He can't get pissed when it goes wrong. It was his decision to have her there. Trying to be another Jungle Pam. He reacted like a spoiled kid.

These tracks should stop this bullshit of all these team members swarmed around the car or bike while staging like in top fuel wiping tires, turning this, adjusting that, they should only let 1 person up there period.

intended to break the beam and didn't communicate that to his crew, she saw the fuel cut-off switched off as he came to stage, tried to turn it back on, rider tries to shove her away, fellow crew tries to pull her away, she thinks she needs to help despite this, gets properly pulled away and falls, tugging line as she falls (which should have been fastened properly)???

There is a LOT of misinformation here, so I will fill in.

After the burnout, he accidentally hit the fuel shutoff. This means in a very short period of time, the bike will run out of fuel and stop. It is a bye run, meaning all he has to do is trip the lights with the bike running and he wins, he does not have to cross the finish line. The lady in the mean time, tried to put the dump can fuel line in like she always does. This takes a little time, and he would have run out of fuel before tripping the lights. So Mr. Tough Guy shoves her out of the way, to run up on the lights. She falls and in the process, pulls the fuel line out and fuel runs all over the ground. Any liquid leaks on the track, you are instantly disqualified.

The big guy tapped her back and then violently yanked her back like her clothes or hair were about to get caught in something . Definitely not a "fall"

Looks like they all need to hang it up. I've never seen anything so ridiculous. Esp a bi-run. I've read the comments, i get what happened. Ridiculous. The opposite of professional😅😅
