I bought the Epson F2270 from Swing design. Parts and maintenance items are usually on backorder. I really am regretting buying this high cost printer $16k.

Now I'm getting Error 01138 "fatal error" I don't know what that means and there in no info on it. Can anyone help?

I can't even get the 800ML for the Epson 2270. Since Epson hasn't "made enough" because my $16k machine is "fairly new" I can't afford to have this problem. My prints currently aren't working out because my ML is low. I am a small business and I can't afford that. I am asking friends who have converted printers to make my prints because Epson has maintenance items out of stock.

I purchased a $149 shop vac that came with a 3 yr warranty. However, this almost 20, 000 dollar complex printer ONLY offers a 1yr warranty. Please make it make sense
