DVD Review #164: Gran Torino (2009) Australian DVD

Today, we’re reviewing a movie that I watched last night, and it's Gran Torino! The DVD came out in 2009.
Released in 2008 and directed by Cint Eastwood, this movie stars Clint Eastwood as Walt Kowalski.
Korean War vet and retired autoworker Walt Kowalski doesn't much like how his life, or his neighbourhood has turned out. He especially doesn't like the people next door, Hmong immigrants from Southeast Asia.
Unfortunately, Jeremy Snider does NOT like this movie because of the dark humour as well as the frequent coarse language and violent scenes, and he finds it TOO dramatic! As a result, he's NOT acquiring this movie on Blu-Ray! EVER!
