This is sooo good! My mom was Nisei but I never learned to cook, just watched. So now this reminds me of the good times watching mom cook in the kitchen. I will try the butter too. I have watched how to pasteurize the raw eggs with a sous vide, and pan sear the tofu. Enjoyed your family receipe!
