Well, the lackluster efforts, reactions, denial, and many, many more faults that caused the demise of this planet are VERY realistic. Take for example… *The Global Pandemic*, which people continue to deny despite their family members dying.

NASA does not have the technological or logistical way to monitor all objects in our solar system. Once we get to that point let's then tell people to not worry about potential asteroids.

You need to be able to apply force against the object, and a rocket engine that pushes but doesnt fragment it seems like a better option as long as the body is a single piece rather than a loose cluster of rocks

The scary thing its all lies a scientist who is reputable said there is no way for us to change direction of that much of mass in any realistic way. Ie we r ffed if there is a comet our way and there is nothing u can do abt it.

You just said the movie was about governments doing nothing and say we need to do everything essentially. The top 15 container ships produce more carbon emissions than all the cars on the planet. 1 big rig truck from 1988 produced as much emissions as 60 trucks today. Do you know how many trucks and heavy equipment made before 88 are still out there being used?
