how do we ensure that the y axes of the xMin and xMax has same y corrdinates

Since there can be repeated points I think we should compare frequency of original point with mirrored point instead of only checking whether key exists or not

Original point may be present 4 times but mirrored point only 3 times
In that case answer should be false but this will return true
