I'm extremely grateful for your review of Glenmorangie 12yr Original. I love this newly re-imagined whiskey for couple of months. I even bought 2 more bottles just in case Glenmorangie change their formula or even the usage of these designer Oak barrels. I might have to get couple more bottles for their fresh release batches (first year of introduction). I never really appreciated 10 year old but this 12 year old is a gem for me.

Dark chocolate is a note I only associate to older whiskies. It is surprising to me to hear it mentioned in a 12 year old.
