okay so from the dimensions of that lock, it has 8 wheels with anywhere from 13-15 symbols per wheel, but even at a round figure of 10 symbols per wheel, decyphering it would require one hundred million attempts without special knowhow of how to read if the wheels are in the correct position. In short, that jail takes it's locks seriously.
