Thank you for mentioning the fish needs to be sushi grade/safe to eat raw. A lot of people fail to mention that in their videos, which is pretty irresponsible ( esp towards first-timers who don't know the difference ).

For anyone wondering how to make sashimi-grade fish I asked about this. So I bought my fish that was already thought out a bit and as soon as I bought it they told me to stick it in the freezer once it freezes I can bring it back to unthaw it and then use right away . That's how they said to make my fish Sashimi grade

The Keg has the tuna tartar that’s pretty similar to this if anyone wants to not bother with deep frying. Plus the fish are a lot smaller pieces that perfect for the crisp light wonton wrapper.
