Isn't that the most Wonderful Encouragement, David here reads and recounts?

1. The LORD is in your midst (w/you - among you, cheerleading, encouraging, for you)
2. It is He who chooses to SAVE us from a sure, tragic, treacherous helpless death - SAVE
3. It is HE who REJOICES over you, imagine that one
4. We can find REST, shade, refreshing in the Lord
5. Finally, another incredible aspect, God Himself SINGS over you, grasshopper

Amen as David so aptly pointed out, so many (yours truly sometimes included) walk to their own beat and rhythm. How so you say, I am a Christian - ok - I even hear Pastors who brag about blasting Van Halen, AC/DC, and many others of the 80s and 90s. I find myself with XM radio getting into the car, and seeking an energy or power to wake up, groove find oneself in the day's activities - putting on some secular worldly music, and mindlessly humming along. Not to be legalistic here which some may say, Satan smiles. Some revert back to old roots and see nothing wrong. It is then I realize, if I am to be strengthened, encouraged, feel good, like Davi I am to find that in the Lord, so I confess, and then sing praise to His name. Before long, His fellowship bears witness to my previously wayward spirit and reminds me of the power of cleansing and regeneration. So no need then to turn to the Zombies (a 60s group) or others (Beach Boys, proud and lucky Beatles) for inspiration = sing to the Lord, with all your heart, put Him 1st, He hears, He smiles, and He rides along the freeways with and in your midst. Isn't that powerful the God of all Created Universes with you, its a lot more royal and regal than Elvis Presley or In the Still of the Night, here comes the SON, and light.

While Life is Short, it is also like a Marathon to those encapsulated in the dimension of time. It is not how you start (we all start off naked and destitute), it matters not where you are now (how much you've done or accumulated) what matters is how you finish ... do you know Christ pilgrim.

What have you done with the gracious GIFT and Gifts of Life - Father God planned out for you? What matters Prodigal is when you've come to your senses and realize the goodness of God, it should cause you mortal man, to repent at the feet of the infinite eternal God.
