My husband moved out a year ago today. This video popped up on my feed and it completely floored me. Your songs have spoken to me at so many points in my life and this one really hit home. Our situation may be a little different but I know that feeling of trying to explain the unexplainable to a small person who just wants to understand and knowing that you cant give them the one thing they really want. My wife and I split when our daughter was 4. This song brought me right back there. The video may as well have been audio only as I couldn’t see it through the tears. Once when I was bringing her back to her Mum’s she told that we don’t have enough time; she was five. Breaks my heart even now. She’ll be 20 in October. All we want for our children is to be happy, healthy and loved. Beautiful song! Thank you.
