Why have you entered the MCU_version as 3.1.1? In the burning tool there is "Firmware version 3.1.4". Is there another place I should search for the mcu version?

is it the same issue if we use ESP01 small size not Nodmcu ?? and is the Arduino is mandatory after the programming ?? or i can use the esp8266 direct with the wifi relay module direct ??

As I understand, the ESP8266 is only acting as the WiFi bridge, while the Arduino is the actual part dealing with the automation. For size, power consumption and portability reasons, I need to embed the automation code into the esp8266. Any idea if this is possible? Or do we must flash a tuya blob to the esp and thus we can't add a single line of code to the esp?
