Qatar Airways A350-900 XWB Economy Class from Singapore to Doha [4K]
Показать описание
Join me for a trip from Singapore Changi Airport to Doha Hamad International Airport in Qatar Airways economy class on the very modern Airbus A350-900 XWB.
We'll also check out the SATS Premier Lounge in Changi Terminal 3 and go for a very quick dip in the swimming pool at Hamad International.
The Airbus A350 was fantastic and a joy to fly in, noticeably more comfortable than the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Little details like the smaller IFE boxes and wider seats make the A350 very comfortable, even in economy. There was a good range entertainment on the IFE, although the interface was a little complicated to use. The food was nice but only one of the three options was left and the second snack got repetitive after four flights! The crew, while very smart and fairly professional, were a tad disinterested and seemed to lack the spark or charm of those on other airlines (Emirates, BA). That said, the crews were better on some of my other Qatar Airways legs in this trip. Overall a solid flight on an excellent aircraft, but the experience was a tad sterile 7/10.
Hamad International is a joy to transit through, do check out the pool and gym if you have time. It's a bit expensive at 150 QAR (around £32 or $40), but well worth it if you have a long transit or want a bit of a refresh.
All shot in 4K on the iPhone 6s.
Any thoughts? do let me know in the comments. Oh and do subscribe to have future adventures appear in your feed :)
