Left earbud does nothing after removing it from the case. Red light goes on when charging. Does not show any colour light when trying to reset. Right earbud is fine.

ok i got mine to work. .my left had a red light and was charging but was not connecting to Bluetooth. only the roght side was. so
i unpaired.
put them both back in the case saw both red lights.
closed case for 1 minute.
opened pulled both out same time. saw blue lights blinking on both.
paired.
it worked

I just bought mine not even a week ago and both earbuds are in solo mode and not connected to each other. I went to skullcandy's website and tried pressing both buttons on the earbuds 4x to resync them and they won't connect to each other. It started with my case being weird, the green light would be on indicating the case is charged. I would take my earbuds out to use them and they wouldn't have charged at all, only the left one flashing red, indicating that it has low battery, right? That's what I thought at least. I put the back in the case, I make sure they are charging I wait over night, I wake up this morning, and for the past hour I have been sitting here trying to connect them to each other. My case is saying that it's dead when both earbuds have been inside of it AND the case has been connected to the charger. I have no clue what is going on but this seriously is the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any skullcandy headphones.

This didn’t work I tried this on the one that was not working but it didn’t reset or anything and now I’m stuck with only one working

I have these headphones, I'm having a problem with one of the headphones being quieter than the other. The left one is really quiet and the right one is working fine. Any idea what to do? I have an android so no way of changing the sound levels on the headphones

Don't buy them these faulty products, especially earbuds that won't have any fix, and people are starting a lawsuit.

Mines literally just went worse when I did the steps.. apparently it glitched in my Bluetooth and it said I had Two JIB TRUE 2 earbuds which I don’t and it suppose to be one but okay.. I try connecting on one of them but it would only turn on for one side and not the other. I tried resetting them again but it didn’t work at all. I think mines are 100 percent broken. Yet I didn’t do much to them at all. Also my right earbud was changing lights very slowly compared to the left side which was very odd and it wouldn’t pair with the left side.

Thanks for the help. These earbuds are a pain in the butt. Completely dissatisfied. Do not buy them. They are always dead. And I get a lot of static/connection issues. Having the openings on the lid is just bad design. I put the case in my pocket, whatever lint, debris is in my pocket ends up in the case and potentially in my ear.

My dime 3 left earbud doesnt charge light up or anything its completely dead but my case and the right one work fine i dunno what to do
