We've taken this 1930's semi detached property and renovated it into a modern family home.

We started at the top, adding a loft conversation with a en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The finishing elements included a juliet balcony and a bespoke shower room with waterproof plaster.

Heading down to the middle floor we have revamped the family bathroom and re decorated the original three bedrooms.

Adding a side extension to the upper part of the property meant we didn't lose any bedroom space we simply increased the landing footprint.

Downstairs we 've gone for the whole open plan feel removing all but two internal walls, extending to the side and rear.

Opting for a pitched roof with velux's and two sets of bifold doors. We wanted to be able to see the home from front to back. Light and space where the main drivers on this property.

We removed the older chimney recesses to create space in the new lounge and kitchen area.

We added a new open plan kitchen, with a central island, brick wall features and ample wine fridges and storage. We also made room for a downstairs toilet and snug area. Don't worry we've no shortage of storage with built in cupboards and shelving hidden away.

The finishing touches include parquet flooring, spotlights, original 1930's doors and a garden re model so stay tuned for more updates
