I was hitting 60 fps on city and now I'm reaching 100fps.

I got triple fps with format, drivers update, windows on ssd instead of hdd, shadows off and resulution scaling on

im having an issue with the about face. when i press it while holding right click on the mouse it should lock the camera and i should be walking twords the camera. but instead the camera shifts and follows behind my character. any suggestion? i have free camera on
