it dropped to 10 dollars a share in Friday on the big selloff, matching critical support from 2015, dirt cheap had to buy at this level . dividend now over 11%

Question, will you comeback investing MPW at 8$ under valuation? And with new Tenants been replaced which I like the managements able to replace the old tenants to new in a short spam of changes. I assume that their properties are still valuable to rent and they sold their Australian asset in which i assume to pay off their debt and maintain dividends, which I assume selling some of their assets can be good or bad. I wonder if you are coming back in as a buy now? Unless your waiting? For me, I'm buying in 8$ under.

You should look at NLCP, high growth cannabis REIT with 11% dividends trading at 0.7 P/B with virtually no debt (the risk is MSO tenants going BK and not being able to find new tenants + it's OTC)

Well, I'm a buyer. In the long run, I don't really know where this stock will go... but I can also say that for the other stocks I own... but for now, I'm loading-up on MPW.
