As someone that has built C35's and J35's, I'd say 400hp is borderline impossible without nitrous or FI. I could see it pushing 370-380hp crank hp with a LOT of money thrown at it

Some of these VTEC motors like the 3.7 liter comes stock 300 hp so i dont think 400 hp could be done no prob
