Finally we have a workflow to create consistent faces without training LORA, that too in Low VRAM. This uses PuLID and can generate amazing results.

This is a really great workflow. In my tests it performed better than a LoRA in many cases, and so much easier if your character is AI to begin with. Thanks for sharing!
Would be great to see combined with a pose solving solution, to better control output. It can be tricky in prompting to turn the characters head, although when you do, the consistency is quite amazing. Subscribed! :)

so for me everything got installed even the facexlib got installed it is showing in the cmd with the ver and all the other stuff but when i open the workflow it still shows some nodes missing and even i try to install them from model manager they just don't work and there's this fix option with them all the time which doesn't works as well.

Hi, thanks for the video, I actuallty tried to refine flux images with SDXL too, but I just felt that it was just better to generate with only SDXL and upscale it. May be I didn't notice something that you did? Do you feel there is any advantage generating the image with flux first ? other than getting better hands with flux offcourse

Does this only work with the portable version? I have downloaded more than 20 workflows, I have watched more than 30 videos and none of them have worked for me, this is one more, thousands of different errors without a solution, I am already losing hope of making comfyui work

Honestly i think this only works if you are using celebrity faces or faces that are known to the model. If anyone was able to make this work with completely unknown faces, please let me know. I did a lot of testing and I do think that statement: "you do not need to use LORA anymore" is a false marketing.
