I understand the need for uniformity, but the picture of Lupita Grace had originally chosen was so much better than the final one.

I also agree that Lupita looking away from the camera is better, it's so mysterious it really grabs one's attention, a real pity that it wasn't the chosen shot.

She was right: the one of Lupita looking away from the camera is much more striking. Too bad they disagreed. You never disagree with Grace.

The problem with the pictures of them looking directly at you, is that you don't see the jewelry. Your focus is on the face of the person, not the object. The Lupita one was a good example. The one where is is looking away, makes you focus on the jewelry.

I wish there’s more content about Grace doing this creative work. I admire her so much. I’ve watched The September Issue a lot of times and I’m just mesmerized by her wisdom, grace, and creative genius.

The photo of Lupita looking away was the best photo.. The jewelry looks amazing, she looks beautiful, and you can see the jewelry and focus on it. It’s the only one that looks different and modern. It’s the only one I would notice.

"I have been a fashion editor for some 50 years now and there's never a job I've done that I wasn't totally scared out of my pants before I start.--Grace C. That's how you constantly get excited, improve, and innovate.

That picture of Lupita was stunning. Too bad they didn't go for it.

To the woman with bad hair and heavy eyeliner:
You hired Grace Coddington to help you change your ad campaign and make it modern. She told you the photos cannot be contrived and yet you didn't listen to her "years of experience and knowledge" and went ahead with your choice. The result is exactly what Grace told you. The photo of Lupita looking at the camera is contrived and takes the viewer's attention away from Tiffany's Jewelry. I hope you learned your lesson and don't make the same mistake when you hire someone of that caliber to help you with your sales.

Hopefully TIFFANY is reading the comments and realizes how WRONG they were in choosing the WRONG Lupita photo.

She was right about Lupita! 😢 If you ask someone with her years of experience to work with you and then you over rule then what was the point! #missedopportunity 😮

THIS JUST GAVE ME 10 CONSECUTIVE MINUTES OF GOOSE BUMPS. GRACE IS UNMATCHED IN WHAT SHE DOES.

The one that she wanted with Lupita was incredible, it achieved the" Oh my god what a stop me moment!", it tells a story, and the jewellery is the star, when Lupita looks at you SHE is the star...

Tiffany is my overall favourite store in New York! When I lived in NYC I used to pass by it almost every day. Now when I go to New York I am only a visitor, but even after a hard day of work or shopping, nothing enriches my soul and spirit more than to just pass through Tiffany again and to take it all in! That alone warrants my re-visiting New York! Tiffany is simplicity + elegance. Just the way gifts are wrapped, blue box with white ribbon, says it all and is the store's true calling card! Tiffany: A real New York asset and tradition!
