Excellent content 👌. I'm following this routine:
1) Monday, Wednesday & Friday: upper + lower body, focusing on strength, power and hypertrophy respectively on these days.
2) Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: core & cardio.

Thank you for this!! I want to workout more efficient and this helps a lot. I was already doing supersets but in the wrong way. I was doing same muscles back to back and I always wondered why I would get super weak too fast.

If u only have to work 2 days in a week try my routine its dat upper and day lower
The upper day is pull ups super seted with shoulder standing dumbbell over head press, after this i do bench press with cable rows, and the lower day i do sprints hard or squats, u can add isolation moves if u want

I was doing an upper lower split 4 days a week for a little while and I saw pretty good results in terms of strength and Hypertrophy. I’m now looking to train to become a police officer and and shift my focus more on my cardiovascular capabilities but still want to see some strength gains. If I was to use the exemple provided in your vidéo how many sets should I perform weekly?

Awesome video. Just wanted to ask about the impact on the central nervous system from doing such high intensity exercises in such a short space of time. I understand you suggest not to work the exact same muscles in a superset, but this doesn't account for overall fatigue. Does this not impact muscle growth negatively vs. Spacing out your exercises to allow for proper recovery between sets physically and mentally? I love that your approach is entirely data/science-backed, so I wonder if you know if studies that have tested this. Thanks!

Man thats a nice demonstration! I usually workout 5 days a week. Is it excessive! How many days per week you think is optimal for muscle growth.
