You should make a Pillager farm. For totems of undying, emeralds, and other things. Make sure the Pillager farm includes raids.

Might I suggest, rather than a farm, you Grian-proof the afk rooms? Just little traps he's not expecting that will lead to his imminent death.

If you keep his items, you can call it a farm!
