Obvious the chicken corn soup is intended to fill you up so you eat less other things.
I love dishes like that especially arroz caldo but not at a place like that.

HI Chef, for hygienic issues po kaya two sets of chopsticks. Yung black pang kuha ng food from the platter, yung white ay pang subo ng food sa bibig. Happy New🎉

Agree with Ms Dianne on weight loss, build muscles, stick to high protein, high fiber, low carbs. GLP1s have a lot of side effects. I personally would not do GLP1s.

Chef, i like my Xiaolong Bao piping hot. Lived 18 yrs in Shanghai kaya picky ako XB. And when its piping hot you mount the bao on the spoon poke a hole, then suck the collagen soup. Finally dip sa Black Vinegar, Chili oil, ginger then eat it whole 😂😊
