These Crazy Things HAPPENED on our Wedding Day

Story time! Here are 13 crazy things that happened on our wedding day. Stevie and I were laying in bed when we were counting up the unexpected and random things that happened on our big day. All of this goes to show that no matter how much we try to plan and prep for things to be “perfect” - we just don’t have that power in life ha! Our wedding taught me that you just have to roll with the punches sometimes. P.S. I totally wasn’t expected the sweet and teary surprise at the end of the video.

Sazan, Stevie — I feel you!! Do I have a story for you! I live in LA, I’m Persian, but not wanting a big wedding myself, my husband, being Indian, said let’s have a big wedding in India. So we did. We got there 10 days before the wedding and my suitcase with all my Indian outfits was lost. It didn’t show up until 12 days later. We had to scramble to get all my outfits done. Then we found out the “wedding planner” we had been working with for 6 months, who I sent a 20 page PowerPoint to with every little detail, was actually a florist and NOTHING was done. I had asked for a cascading bouquet of orchids and got what looked like a bushel of radishes! I had asked for a simple white and rose gold cake, and was offered a unicorn cake. No joke!! I have pictures I’d be happy to send you. Lol. Needless to say, it made me and my husband even stronger and we can laugh about it now. That’s what happens when you marry your best friend! ♥️
