he can beat luffy and naruto easily(unless you give naruto sage of six paths, which will be trouble but natsu could still clutch)

Natsu wouldnt be able to beat ichigo for the simple fact that they arent enemies. Ichigo has done no wrong to natsu, and therefore natsu's emotion buffs cant go as far as they usually do, Natsu at the very most even in series hits the upper parts of Large planetary

the reason i say this is that natsu can never reach the peak he got when fighting Zeref purely because of how he got that power up from continental in the first place

Lucy basically re-wrote his source code temporarily by using the book of END to allow his emotion boost to be alot more potent, which was temporary

now, sure, if you twist some words said by ultear in the tenrou island arc on a manga panel you could maybe make everyone low complex multi on tenrou, but that feels way too much of a stretch when the very previous arc they were only, at max, Mountain level.
