Whatever method I use trying to uninstall the damn thing, I just can't get anything done. I just see the circle thing around the mouse pointer for a couple of seconds and that's it. Nothing changes and iobit is still there no matter how many times I try. Any help would be very appreciated!

What I do If won't let me uninstall from the programs menu it just don't start the uninstaller.exe therefore I cannot proceed to delete the files cause it prompts the message That" the file is being use by another application" eventhough I close the process in task manager🤔

The free version of this app is just horrible. It brings your PC to a crawl and then to a complete stop. After that it is really difficult to access anything and the settings of the PC in particular. Uninstalling this dreadful app is a complete nightmare.
