The fluidity is godly but honestly the most impressive thing to me is going through the effort to colour it all

you can see the animation get progressively better throughout the film just shows he improved over time

and this is why animators are often overworked. sure, its usually a team of animators working on a show, but they have to make a whole 20 minutes of animation in the span of a week. This 1:23 animation took about a year. that really puts it into perspective.

sacrifice drawing for smoothnes is a great decision, its pleasant to see this, also the fact that is colored makes it much better, but probably the thing that I love the most is that you don't just took a super famous battle or something conventional, you went for a fight that's not talked about and that makes it much more original and with personality than just going for kaido vs luffy or something like that.
