Google is partnering with carriers and OEMs to offer a native messaging client, Messages, for RCS, SMS and MMS messaging. Messages supports the GSMA’s Universal Profile for interoperability across operator networks and devices.

Easily updatable from the Google Play store, the upgraded client will deliver a unified messaging experience across the Android ecosystem.

What if you have two numbers and one is already RCS, how do you do the other one

for you all guys who had this problem, first step is turn on airplane to settings/apps then search for carrier service/ force stop then clear the cache first and last the data, go back in settings /apps then search for messages same procedure clear cache before a wifi not the sim data, disable flight mode then open messages app just tap okay if you saw a pop out messages then close the app and open it again .. on the top right corner your google acc will appear . tap it then input your tel number it will connect in 2 seconds.
