Sir in 13:31 limit should be - infinity to 0 and 0to infinity respectively in the place of - infinity to -1 because in series 1 is present so if the value of n is not 0 then how will it become 1

I have a doubt at one place at time 14 min in this video, you have summarised the series as -1/3 sum from -infi to -1 (3/z)^n. I thik the upper limit should be 0. If I am incorrect. Kindly me the reason. Thanking you in advance.
