the way it 'replaces' developers is the remaining developers being asked to do MORE work/roles BUT AI tools allow them to pull it off and then more layoffs and those developers asked to do MORE etc.. etc...

I agree 100%, i do not give a fuck about the people saying AI will take my job. I will continue to grow and learn as much as I can until the AI apocalypse comes.
Fuck Sam Altman, Bill Gates, the Nvidia guy and all the tech influencers, I do not care.
If the day comes when an AI takes my job, I will simply find another path.
