Video description:
While in the last video we looked at the current energy supply in Turkey, in this video we want to look at the disputes arising in the eastern Mediterranean. In particular, how unresolved conflicts between Turkey and Greece in the Aegean and Cyprus are affecting the current search for gas fields in the area.

I have to admit this is the most unbiased video I have seen in YouTube on the topic. Great job at showing only the facts and letting the audience to decide and not guide them to conclusions

I am Greek. It would been interesting if we knew which oil companies are behind two countries.

Just one question.
It Turkey is right why does not accept international law, law of the sea and go the International Court?

You know these problems won't be solved since we're talking about Greece and Turkey. Those 2 names doesn't fit well together.
Edit: Finally the real entertainment begins *grabs popcorn*

Good and quite balanced presentation of the conflict, but I believe that the conflict is deeper and older than disagreements about gas reserves.

This is really summarizing the conflict in Mediterranean sea neutrally. Thank you for this video.

Only thing I disagree is where you put the agreement between Greece and Egypt to look same level with the one between turkey and Libya. The first is an absolutely legitimate, internationally recognized agreement where the world is just laughing about the second, which not only has zero value from an international law standpoint but also everybody knows that the Libyan president was forced to sign it, by Turkey.

The only unbiased video on this topic out of all I have ever seen. Not only that but also with great quality. Explanations are informative, animations are really fun to watch and that intro is just amazing. Awesome work.

You mention LAUSANNE treaty about islands well why you dont add that Lausanne treaty also had the safe existence of Greeks in Constantinople? On that time was 1/3 of the population and now are only 3.000 thousands because of Turkish hunt. Every state has the right and is forced if wants to exist to defend it self. Also every weapon on the island is defensive, on the other hand Turkey every year make army exercises on how to occupy islands. Does anyone here believes that Greece is doing anything wrong? Greece should extend to 12 miles as part of the international law, like hundreds states have done so.

There is no standoff there’s only a wish for expansion by Turkey…the end for her is near

Good video, however you forgot to mention that Turkey believes that all islands are not supposed to have EEZ and therefore claims exploration in half the agean sea. You will find this information in the maps that the Turkish government has presented in EU.
